4. NÁRODNÉ LETECKÉ DNI

National Aviation Days has, after four years, become a phenomenon and been widely presented as the aviation event of the year. The company Magnet Press Slovakia has been the main organizer of the past airshows in Slovakia. Organizing National Aviation Days was not a step into the unknown for the company. In fact, it built on its previous experience of a co-organizer of the SIAD airshow in Bratislava. Armed with this expertise, and combined with the available media tools and the knowledge that with good partners one can make top quality events happen, the company recorded its biggest success last year, not only with public spectators but also with aviation experts. The 4th National Aviation Days was organized at Piešťany Airport on 29-30 May 2010, and entered history as an aviation event well worth visiting.

The organizers of the 4th National Aviation Days, which will be held at Piešťany airport on Saturday 29th and Sunday 30th, May 2010, are committed to keeping the well-established tradition alive, and have prepared for the visitors an interesting programme, involving foreign pilots and aircraft. In line with the previous years, when the organizer did his best to make the static and dynamic demonstrations as attractive as possible, even this year the programme will be supported by the Ministry of Defence of the Slovak Republic. Our best intention is to offer to the visitors of the National Aviation Days a captivating programme in an attractive environment. Basic information for visitors
Airport Piešťany will host the biggest aviation event in Slovakia, the 3rd National Aviation Days, which will be held between 13 and 14 June 2009. Both days will feature a similar programme, however, changes to the programme may occur. The airport will be open for the public on Saturday and Sunday from 08.00, with flight demonstrations starting at 11.00. The programme will finish at 16.30. Tickets for one day will cost 6 €, and discount tickets will be 2 €. No tickets will be available in advance. A shuttle bus will be operating between Railway Station Piešťany and Piešťany Airport. Those driving to the airport will be able to park there for a parking fee of 3 €.
